When we first saw the Fitzherbert Castle Motel, we loved the fact it was actually like a castle. It had real personality. It was different. The motel was built in 1987 and we took it over at the beginning of 2010, and we set out to create the sort of motel where we would have wanted to stay.
We introduced chocolates and Fairtrade coffee, installed Sky decoders and great quality 32" TVs in each of our 14 rooms, and perfected the art of cooking a great breakfast that can be delivered to guests in their own bedrooms. And we vowed to be as friendly as possible.
